Safari Itineraries

SHORT TRIPS ON THE NORTHERN TANZANIA CIRCUIT.
These itineraries are recommended for those who are short of time or may be on a budget trip. These give you the opportunity to sample over 1, 2 or 3 days the beauty and wilderness of the northern Tanzanian landscape and view game animals in their natural habitat. All trips over 1 day are full board whether it is a lodge safari or camping safari. With camping safaris, we bring a cook to prepare all meals and all tents will be erected on your behalf by our experienced crew. These are only suggested itineraries although we can tailor make any journey to suit your individual needs and interests.

ONE DAY TRIPS

Arusha National Park - Morning Drive to Arusha National Park for a full day viewing around Momella Lakes and Ngurudoto Crater with lunch boxes. Evening drive back to Moshi Hotel.

Lake Manyara - After breakfast drive to Lake Manyara for lunch. Afternoon game viewing and return to Moshi Hotel.

Tarangire - Drive from Moshi to Tarangire with lunch boxes. After lunch, game viewing at Tarangire. Evening drive to Moshi Hotel.

2 DAY TRIPS

LAKE MANYARA & NGORONGORO
- 2 Days 1 Night

Day 1. Early morning drive to Ngorongoro for lunch. Afternoon for crater tour, return to the lodge/camp site for overnight stay and dinner

Day 2. After breakfast drive to Lake Manyara for a half-day game viewing around Lake Manyara National Park, Lunch at the lake and thereafter drive back to Moshi Hotel.

3 DAYS TRIPS

MANYARA/NGORONGORO & TARANGIRE -
3 Days 2Nights

Day 1: 9:00am. Depart for Lake Manyara National park with picnic lunch, game drive till late afternoon, drive to Lake Manyara Hotel or Lake Manyara, campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Early breakfast then drive and descend to the Crater for full day tour with picnic lunch. Dinner and overnight Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge Gibbs Farm Lodge or Simba campsite.

Day 3: After breakfast drive to Tarangire with picnic lunch. Game drive till late afternoon and drive back to Moshi

5 DAYS TRIPS

ARUSHA PARK, LAKE MANYARA, NGORONGORO & TARANGIRE
5 days 4 Nights

Day 1: Leave Arusha 8:30am for Arusha National Park walking safari and game drive, dinner and overnight at Momella Lodge/Masaai Campsite.

Day 2: Breakfast, thereafter drive to Lake Manyara for game drive tour. Dinner and overnight at Jambo Campsite/Lake Manyara Hotel.

Day 3: Leave Manyara for Ngorongoro Crater tour with picnic lunch. After crater tour ascend and drive to Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge or Simba Campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Early morning breakfast. After breakfast drive to Tarangire game drive, dinner and overnight at Tarangire Safari Lodge or Kigongoni campsite.

Day 5: Sunrise game drive. Return for breakfast at the hotel or campsite. Drive back to Moshi.
